Disciple

I am a woman of God, disciple, mom, servant for the people. I was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. My family were members of Northwest CoC . My mother has been a member of the body for 70 years. My family moved to Dallas-Fort Worth in 1985. My father worked for American Airlines. He was transferred to Dallas. My mom soon placed her commitment with Stop Six CoC in FortWorthTx. After being in Texas for 6 months, my father's cancer of the pancreas resurfaced. He passed 6 months later. I was educated at a Christian school and later transfer to a public school after the passing of my father. I went on to graduate from high school. I attended Texas Woman's University where I obtained a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. Soon after graduation, I met my son's father. We dated for 9 months before we were engaged to be married. After 2 son's and 15 years of marriage, I divorced my husband due to years of infidelity and domestic violence. I have been divorced now for 12 years. I am currently a committed member of North Colony Church of Christ. I am an Auditor for the Social Security Administration Office of Quality Review. I am a mom of a beautiful 21 year old young man of God and a 12 year old science geek who aspires to be saved in the Body of Christ. I have surrendered, submitted, sacrificed and now I serve in Christ.
