What does having a call on your life look like? The simple answer to this question is to follow our discussion with Patrica Baker. Sis. Baker had a candid and transparent conversation with us regarding love and healing.
- Baptism and love
- Patricia was in a relationship with the father of her son
- She obeyed the Gospel and knew she had to end the relationship because it was not right in the sight of God
- Met her future during a single fellowship/birthday party
- She was not praying for a mate but she was praying for a Godly husband
- They courted for 6 months then they married
- Married for 18 years until he was called home
- Loss and spirituality
- Patricia had to be her husband caregiver and partner
- She kept her had in God’s hand
- Patricia had to raise her 9 year old daughter on her own and care for her husband
- Colon cancer and daughter’s deployment
- Patricia was diagnosed with colon cancer a year after the loss of her husband
- She had other health issues even after battling colon cancer
- Realising that the Lord God was in the entire situation with her health issues
- Being a professional worshipper
- Patricia was a professional worshipper
- Working in the church does not mean you have a relationship with the Lord
- Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13
- Patricia now host the 6:30 am call with Winning the Battles in Your Mind University

- Believe: Hebrews 11:6
- Repent: Acts 17:30-31
- Confess: Matthew 10:32
- Be Baptized: Mark 16:15-16
- Be faithful unto death: Revelation 2:10
